On 6 February 2014, the new Ljubljana Arbitration Rules of the Ljubljana Arbitration Centre at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (the Ljubljana Arbitration Rules) were presented at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana.

As of 1 January 2014, the new Ljubljana Arbitration Rules of the Ljubljana Arbitration Centre at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (the Ljubljana Arbitration Rules) enter into force and shall apply to all arbitral proceedings commenced on or after this date.
