The Ljubljana arbitration Centre (LAC) is pleased to announce that on 1 June 2023, Ms Barbara Gnilšak, the current Deputy Secretary-General of the LAC took office as the new Secretary-General of the LAC.
The Secretary-General manages the LAC Secretariat, which supervises the efficiency of the proceedings and the work of the arbitrators as well as performs other tasks in accordance with the Ljubljana arbitration rules.
Ms. Gnilšak has succeeded Mr. Marko Djinovic, who served as the LAC Secretary-General for twelve years. Marko will continue his career as the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia responsible for legislation and policies.
